Depending on the equipment to be re-located we can provide all the necessary materials to perform in good condition of the works: installation brackets type FIXATOR and AIRLOC, electrical wiring, cable ducts, water supply and cooling systems, etc. 

Thus, for the equipment of German producer MAN ROLAND  we perform all the preparation of the concrete foundation of the press surface and installation of the FIXATOR-type support elements: High precision marking of position according to requirements manufacturer using technology and equipment of high precision LASER TRACKER type; 

• High precision marking of  FIXATOR/anchors position according to requirements manufacturer using technology and equipment of high precision LASER TRACKER type;       
  

  

  

  

  

• drilling position anchors: diameters 10-250mm (using own diamond-core drilling systems);
  

  

  

  

  

• Installation and alignment FIXATOR with very high precision +/- 0.05mm / 40 meters on 3-axis, using edge technology type LASER TRACKER / INTERFEROMETRY + casting filling FIXATOR body in grout;

Where necessary, we ensure the manufacturing according CAD design project (supplied by us or manufacturer) of motors base/supports, platforming, access ladders, support elements, etc.
